Help Index :: Objects :: bury SYNTAX bury DESCRIPTION The bury command allows you to create a hidden cache of items for later retrieval. Once buried, your booty will stay put for 1-2 hours of real time. It's up to you to remember where you buried things. Use the dig command to recover your stash. If you want to add more loot to an existing cache, simply bury it in the same room. Doing so restarts the 1-2 hour timer. If the MUD crashes while you have unrecovered caches, they will be preserved right where you left them. You must be wielding a digging tool, such as a shovel, to bury your loot.
