Description:

This is a powerful weather-changing spell which can cause significant declines
in the humidity of a large area while simultaneously raising the fervor of the
winds. The power and range of the spell grow as with the practitioner's
skill. Like similar spells, the weather changes will not pass through closed
exits (until they are opened), and will be reduced over time until they are
gone. While this spell provides more powerful results than aridity and
anemogenesis, its smaller cousins, its real benefit is from the expansive area
which it can affect when cast with high proficiency.

Such is the power of this spell that casters will feel a lingering physical
malaise for some time after using it.
