Description:

Storm is the second of a druids powerful area attack spells. It is very
similar to squall, its smaller cousin, except that it is much more damaging.
It was originally a spell to cause sand storms, and its use in arid locations
can produce spectacular results, but it has been adapted for general use
almost anywhere. Like squall, if cast indoors or underground, its effects are
greatly diminished. Storm cannot be cast underwater.
