Description:

This beginning druid spell focuses light to burn opponents. One of the first
spells that a druid learns, this spell affords a druid a chance to get
comfortable manipulating light-energy before moving on to more dangerous
spells such as flare, blaze, and radiate.

Like other druid spells, the success of a druid's light-based attacks are
heavily dependant on the casting environment. Solarium and its cousin spells
require some light be available to minimally work, while the presence of
actual sunlight is required for any of these spells to approach full
potential. The brighter the sun, the more effective the spell.
