Spells :: Landwalk
Description: Though the world is a complex place, druid lore suggests that at some level, everyone and everything in the world shares some common bond. In fact, some things share many bonds. All forests are part of one Forest; all caves are part of one Cave. Druids use these principles when invoking the landwalk spell, which allows them, for example, to traverse from one part of the forest to the Forest, where there are many paths to forests across the realm. Druidic lore speaks mostly of Primal Forests and Caves, though others very well might be out there as well. Invoking this spell is called using the Ways, and marks the caster as a druid of distinction. But druids who use these Ways be warned: not every destination reachable is guaranteed to be safe, and not every creature you meet using the Ways is friendly. |
