Description:

Flare is really just a refined, more advanced version of solarium. It is
faster than its simpler cousin, but requires more energy to perform. Besides
simply being more powerful, it has the occasional bonus of making an
opponent's weapon so hot that they will drop it.

Like other light-based druid spells, flare will not work at all in the dark.
Additionally, it is even more sensitive to the presence (or lack of) of
sunlight than solarium.
