Some time ago, a band of drunken, albeit good, men and women found themselves wrapped up in melee, armed to the hilt, decimating all that dared intrude Pennan's hills. To the people of the Rua Valley, this was by far the worst war, stain if you will, on their historical record. Evil threatened from all sides. If they were to survive, it was essential they band together. So in that moment, a leader was named. That leader christened them the Rua Authority Western Regiment.
The dark hoards of goblins, kobolds, and gremlins were too powerful at first. They formed a constricting line around Pennan which cut off all supplies and, seemingly, hope. Reinforcements from Kha-Da, Medienne, Narak and the newly founded town of Chiiron were nowhere to be found. RAWR, and the town of Pennan, could only rely upon what the Rua valley could provide for them.
RAWR had in their regiment a man of premier brewing ability. So renowned was his ability that after the war, brigades of all fashion, good and evil, would find themselves drinking to a stupor while passing through on their way to battle. During battle, however, Dennis's brew was one of the only sources of sustenance for the beleaguered crew of warriors. As a result, many were drunk while fighting. Oddly enough, his brew did not hinder their fighting but instead gave them a curious fortitude. Some said it was as if each drink brought them more strength, courage and determination. With the help of Dennis' fabled ale, the regiment prevailed against all odds and reopened peace to the valley.
With the evil vanquished from the area, the group, drunk as ever, opted to maintain their band of misfits. They built a stronghold in the hills they defended and appointed their esteemed Bremaster, Dennis, to guard it. In addition, RAWR vowed to prepare for any future battles by building an arena where young men and women of freedom loving races could come to train. Just days after the fighting ended, they commemorated their dead by making good on this promise and opening the Arena In The Hills.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- On the walls of this Arena, they nailed a placard with the following rules: -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
+ Membership in RAWR is open to all the light and neutral races, to individuals of any gender who are of neutral or good inclination and have reached level 10.
+ Applicants shall be given membership upon approval of the Leadership, who may or may not require a task be completed. This task, if assigned, shall be for the betterment of the Applicant, and not for the amusement of the Leadership. It is RAWR's desire to help train the next generation of warriors and adventurers, and most applicants can expect to be welcomed into the ranks.
+ Members may resign their commission with RAWR at any time.
+ Leadership positions will be assigned solely at the discretion of existing clan leaders.
+ Leadership positions shall be:
